These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dime1998 website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

General Information

This website is operated by Dime1998. All purchases made on this site are subject to UK law. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

Orders will be confirmed via email once payment has been received. We accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as secure payment methods such as PayPal and Apple Pay.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. due to pricing errors or stock unavailability).

Shipping

UK Orders:Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please email us at dime1998.uk@gmail.com with:

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A photo of your purchase receipt/proof of postage

Once approved, the item must be sent back within the following 14 days. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage via their preferred courier (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri).

Please email us proof of postage (a photo of the receipt). Once confirmed, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to your return postage cost, which you can use on your next purchase.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of approving your return request. The full process may take up to 14 working days depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, please follow the returns process outlined above.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any items are missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a clear photo. We'll do our best to make it right.

Promotions & Discounts

Only one promo code can be used per order and cannot be combined with reward points or other offers.

If your order qualifies for a promotional free gift, it will be automatically included in your parcel — no extra action is required.

If you return part or all of your order and it no longer qualifies for the promotion, the free gift must also be returned. If not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Product Materials & Care

Our jewellery is made with hypoallergenic materials, including 925 silver posts and gold plating. To prolong the life of your pieces, we recommend:

  • Avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions

  • Storing in a dry place in the original packaging

  • Gently wiping with a soft cloth after wear

Packaging

All jewellery is packaged in eco-conscious canvas bags and paper boxes, making them perfect for gifting.

All content on this website — including product images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Dime1998. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

User Behaviour & Site Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully on our platform.
We reserve the right to block access, cancel orders, or take appropriate action in cases of abuse, fraud, or other misuse of the website.

Liability Disclaimer

We do our best to ensure all product information is accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery services or events beyond our control.

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay.

All transactions are processed using secure encryption technology.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any payment that cannot be successfully authorised.
