We hope you love your Dime1998 jewellery — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please email us at dime1998.uk@gmail.com with:

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A photo of your purchase receipt/proof of postage

Once approved, the item must be sent back within the following 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition

  • Returned in their original, undamaged packaging

  • Free from signs of wear, scratches, or tarnishing

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Earrings – Hygiene Policy

We do accept returns on earrings, however:

  • Please do not try them on before returning, for hygiene reasons

  • Both pieces must be returned together as a complete pair

  • Returned earrings will be professionally cleaned and sanitised before being restocked

Engraved / Personalised Items

Engraved or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

Tattoo Stickers

Tattoo stickers can only be returned if the packaging is completely unopened and unused.
Once opened or applied, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return email request

  • The full process may take up to 14 working days depending on your payment provider

  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method

Return Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage via their preferred courier (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri)

  • Please send us proof of postage (photo of the receipt) by email

  • Once we confirm your return, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to your return postage cost, which you can use on your next purchase

  • Any loyalty points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account
