What are your shipping options and rates?

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.
For orders under £50, standard delivery (2–3 working days) is £2.95.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

What if I received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at dime1998.uk@gmail.com 

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, you will need to send the item(s) back to us at your own cost using your local post office. Please also send us a photo of the postage receipt.

After we receive and verify the return, we will refund the postage cost in the form of a coupon code, which can be used towards your next purchase on our website (not as a direct refund).

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the original undamaged packaging.
  • Items must be free from signs of wear, scratches, or tarnishing.
  • Rewards Points earned from the returned item(s) will be deducted from your account accordingly.

Can I return earrings?

Yes, but for hygiene reasons:

  • Please do not try them on before returning
  • Both pieces must be returned as a complete pair
  • Returned earrings will be professionally sanitised

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

Our pieces are made using zinc alloy, brass, epoxy, and 925 sterling silver posts, finished with 18K gold or silver plating. All materials are hypoallergenic and selected for comfort and durability.

How should I care for my Dime1998 jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, or harsh chemicals
  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear
  • Store in a dry place, ideally in the original pouch or box
  • Avoid water, especially chlorinated or salt water

Are your bags made of real leather?

No — all our packaging is made of canvas and eco-friendly materials.

My order qualifies for a free gift — do I need to add it to my cart?

No. If your order meets the promotion requirements, the free gift will be automatically included in your parcel — no additional action is needed. If you return part or all of your order and it no longer qualifies for the promotion, the free gift must also be returned. Otherwise, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
